We lived in Darwin Australia in the tropics for 7 years and prior to that we lived in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for one year. Having travelled for 3 years (2 summers in Alaska) since leaving Australia, you do the math! We have had 11 wonderful years together after having met on the internet by chance, not by plan. We have travelled the world and are now over the long haul flights! You can have them...................hehehehe We have 5 children between us. 2 in Alaska and 2 in Perth, Western Australia and 1 in London UK. Yep! Thats 5 kids on 3 different continents. We are the very proud grandparents of 5 grand daughters. We have a 5 acre beach front property on Kangaroo Island in South Australia for when we're old and wrinkley. We will one day build our next dream house on it. We have a lovely smaller home on Lake Wallace, Wasilla, Alaska, which is currently leased out to a long term tenant. And now we have Casa Ruby (named after Ruby Nell Rogers) in Ixthalhaucan, Mexico. We adore Mexico for its climate, culture, people, food and it's extensive markets. Casa Ruby is just 20 minutes from Tonola and Guadalajara and 15 minutes from Lake Chapala and Ajijic. We have been travelling in 40' Country Coach 2007'A' Class Motor home around the USA, Canada and Mexico. We have been on the road since April 2007 (50,000 + miles) and will probably continue on our travels sporadically from Mexico. But the best of plans change, don't they? Especially with us.
